The most fun time of the year in LoL

Is in pre season on the PBE. It's the most fun time of the year. There's lots of new stuff, and EVERYTHING is OP so nothing is. every champions and build is stupid, funny and OP so you play what you want. Competitive balancing has't had the chance to ruin the game balance yet in this phase, that's why it's so fun.

I wish they would always have the game be as fun as it is in pre season, instead of messing with balance every other day and making most champions feel unsatisfactory and only have a few at a time that are annoying and broken.
