So I made a highly unscientific but reasonably scientific chart that shows the traits of my combat stuff in each game. And the most common were High RoF, good agility, low hp, and some form of utility. What champion wood be good for this?
Just play Jax fam.
Play Aurelion Sol in every lane.
Not sure but RoF means but going off of everything else, a couple champs come to mind.
Ekko, LeBlanc, Sivir, Aurelion Sol, Kalista and Kennen just off the top of my head. There's a mix of ADCs, Mids and Tops and Aurelion, Kennen and Ekko can be flexed through a few positions.
I think Vayne would be a high damage/rapid fire champ with a tumble that would fit your style. Quinn is kind of an assassin adc you can play in the top lane and she has rapid fire(if you build runaan's which i tend to do since it's easier for waveclear and harass at the same time). She has the highest agility with her R too. But from your description I would try to find an ADC. :) Good luck on the rift!
