Initiator?

So when I play a normal, there is always this person with a great intiation, Zyra ult, Malphite Ult, but they never use it. They all grouped together, Malph doesn't ult.

So can you help me find a champion that has a GREAT initiation? Maybe like a tank. But not Malph because I can't do that dude.
