Nerf Galio Mid with After Shock
I don't think A mage should be able to do the damage he does, cc lock you, and still out damage you. He misses 1/2 his combo and can still out dps you and I feel like it's ridiculous.

Just with the aftershock nerf was already enough.
I still play him and I still have somewhat impact but not as much before 8.5.
