From what I can tell you can only get them by doing the tutorial but at least be lvl11 or lower to obtain. You get to choose the champ at part 1 and have to complete all 4 parts to get them. I don't know of any way higher level accounts can get them because i've been trying all day and even did the new tutorial which is actually missing parts. Like the ashe for part 1, then the capsule which should be at the end doesn't appear. Hopefully they make it so older accounts can too because I really want the ahri one [sg-janna]
