I tried this.

Built IBG cause they had a all AD Leth team so I figured the bit of armor would be more useful then the more damage of Tri. Zed would ult me, I'd E>Q and chunk him for 70% of his HP then throw another Q and kill him before his deathmark proc'd lol.

Obviously prolly not the ideal build but it was fun to play around with.

Although his Q is the only physical damage ability, it's on a 2-4 second cd and it would chunk 50% of the opponents hp.

Also in that game no one on their team had armor so I bypassed LDR.

If I had to guess, I would probably say, tear>Triforce/ICB>Lethality.

Triforce is still probably the best damage spike you could get for Ez, but the sheen damage will also be amped by the Lethality. I think a lot of traditional Ez Builds go Manamune first for the extra mana scaling and a more powerful 2 item spike. Though I would imagine that would delay your Lethality by too much.
