Is jungle Gragas still a thing?
Just wondering if jungle gragas is still decent/viable in the current meta or just to play for fun.
If so what would best build/runes be fore him. Can't find a current guide in the last 2 months for him anywhere

Gragas jungle IS still a thing. I don't play him personally, but i've heard he has strong ganks and his level 3 dueling is nice. Plus, I don't think any other champion will easily replace his game-changing ult.
As for runes and masteries, I would check pro-builds. Or just wait for some gragas main to post here. Though I don't think that's a viable method.
it's a thing if you are desperate for a AP tank, but the thing is, the buffs were better for laner gragas, not so much for jg gragas. The issue gragas has with the current jg, is that he doesn't kill camps fast enough. A jungler is graded on the following
-How fast champ kills camps
-How Healthy a champ stays while killing camps
-How effective is pre 6 ganking
-How fast they can get from point A to point B (movement speed and what not)
-Does their toolkit favor the current meta strategies?
-How do they scale from lane phase to mid game/late game?
at the current moment the champions who can clear fast, with super effective pre six ganking are what's strong, champions who stay healthy and work to farm and scales don't do so that effectively in the current jungle. The current meta favors ganking junglers. Which in my opinion is how it should be. You shoulden't be this tank or hyper carry. Aka master yi or sejuani, who just afk farms for 20 minutes, than comes out of the jungle as this giant unstoppable beast. That's not what jungling is designed to be.
I got smashed by a Gragas jungle the other week. Then again, his team was full premade.
