Regarding the "Legacy Vault"
When was riot planning on opening it up again if anyone knows?
Really wanting to get striker and notingham ezreal and i know the only way you can get those skins is once they open the vault up again.

They usually open it around Xmas.
I don't think they release them for purchase anymore with the gambling boxes now, do they?
It opens up for the snow down beginning around December and ends early February I believe.
