And be sure to keep this bumped for any Rito staffs to check on them

  1. Katarina having her Q & R not functioning.
  2. Nidalee's invisible Q.
  3. Darius's malfunctioning W slow & bleeds.

Below are a list that are not bugs:

  1. Thresh unable to proc Relic Shield's 200hp execute. (for the love of God, stop posting this is a bug)
  2. Darius being able to pull after someone flashes/dashes.

Pretty sure Quinn still has an outstanding bug or two that riot still hasn't addressed. Also Cho'Gath doesn't always get the partial reset on his ult when he ults minions and monsters with over 1000 health, yet he will get a feast stack from them when he does.

technically it should be a bug because melee category champs gain the bonus even if they become ranged, such as gangplank

champs that do not do this: kayle, jayce(gets the execute on melee but never have it to test ranged)

and thresh is sort of weird because his attack is a melee attack but ranged

or does this mean that gangplank is bugged and kayle/jayce aren't? kayle somehow even gets runaans to work
