meh kata is fine her buff to he ult indeed made her pesky (the onne that made her ult deal most of the dmg even if you cc her righ after she activates it ) but she is bearable (she is a goold leech by nature so she always will be the main threat on enemy team , if you kill her enemy team has nothing)

on the other hand lucian has no counter, and does quite good every game

Meanwhile, people can do the same to Lucian whose dash resets comes from passive instead of teleporting from one place to another, instead they whine.
