you cant use stats as an explanation for balance. only if its something gross, like absurd well over 60%, then its a true outliar.
zed is still peerless in lane, and the only saving grace is he falls off later into the game, thats it. and as always, everyone says his early game is too good, which is a very reasonable thing to say.
