Like a limited duration. So champs can have a window to go in on her or farm safely without getting stunned.

No. Riot commented on this about her MYMU update, and they have no plans to incorporate anything of the sort because a delay or window like that will ruin her. Go back and read up on it before you post, man.
No, because with her range Annie doesn't have any means to prevent enemies from "going in".
