Seriously nerf lucian his dmg and mobility are too op he has no weakness at the moment and is one of the safest adc picks

He does have weaknesses. One of his biggest is that he often falls off hard if the game lasts too long compared to other ADCs.

Eh they nerfed lucian enough. He is finally balanced well where he is at.
