Simply put, how do you build 
anymore with the ADC changes? I've been struggling at my first choices since the Item changes, and i just don't feel like playing with her anymore. I don't know what item should i rush first, and since her range it's the smallest for adc (alongside 
and 
) , getting an early item feels more important to choose (keep in mind that she eat's trhu mana).
What are you guys building on her nowdays? I want to know your item path for her.
OtterlyLost2 votesHonestly? you don't. You don't play Sivir and you play a mage instead.
If you're dead set on playing Sivir, however, I've heard that Stormrazor is good if you don't do her normal AA reset with the ricochet. You just Ricochet first and since its a guaranteed crit, it goes through all of the other consecutive ones as well, if that makes sense. If you're like me and don't like Stormrazor, you could go BF into Phantom and then pick up an ER which works okay with Sivir as well; she usually ults to get people into battle so she can take advantage of it.
Overall though, I don't suggest Sivir in general... as a fellow ADC player, I don't suggest marksmen in general.

lilpokfluf1 votesStormrazor, rapid fire cannon gives you very strong early game. W actually can use the crit from Storm razor and passes like a normal crit would.
Atmosphere1 votesI personally build her Essence Reaver -> RFC -> IE -> Shiv, with whatever boots the situation calls for. However, if you thought she was situational before, she's even more so now. Just don't pick her unless it's a good matchup if you want to win.
