it's pretty high on the VGU. I love nocturne for what he's theme is, and i'm assuming you'll keep he's ultimate somewhat the same. I do have one thing to say, can you remove the Thunder/Ligthing like sound when he uses he's ultimate? I want my opponents to hear my Laughing/Quotes when using it.
Has a unique chance to look a bit more like Evelynns shadow form, but this time...

Yes, this guy needs a rework ASAP. Poor boi is supposed to be a nightmare incarnate, but he looks like a flying sock with hands :(
