Irelia Champion Spotlight it's misleading.

Now, that you removed Irelia's her unique things to her kit (meanwhile still has true stealth), you gotta redo her Spotlight video. It's misleading, since dosen't do bonus damage to shields with full Stacked passive and her ultimate dosen't disarm enemies. Let's not forget the changes that are on PBE right now, with her W damage reduction only applying to Physical damage now (Her spotlight shows her taking some good damage from Veigar's W).

Please redo her Spotlight video, since it's really misleading for players that don't read the patch notes, watch others read for them.

Great rework you got there, if you have to change one of the promotional videos in less than a year of it coming out.

Spotlights are marketing material, not documentation. The wiki puts a big warning below every spotlight about not relying on these videos for actual info, and LoL has a load screen tip about keeping up with patch notes.

That said, those are some pretty significant mechanics changes. Gives the impression of correcting a major screw-up.

Agreed, they should just show her dashing 50 times, proccing Triforce/hydra/steraks and getting a pentakill, since that's the only mechanic she has left.

Of all of the champions that have been gutted, why Irelia? I do not play her because I knew it would happen.. But we are stuck with the abomination that is Aatrox and the same awful Akali... Yet Irelia much be gutted? Zero sense.

Yup. Now say that about every champion that had received a rework since their spotlights.

Namely those who were reworked during: Assassins updated Mage update Marksmen update

and also Zac Yasuo Ornn Maokai Chogath

ALL of those kits have been all tweaked from their original and initial releases.

Tons of spotlights are outdated as various champs got reworks, updates, ext. They aren't really meant as a perfect vision, just a small glimpse.

Malzahar spotlight still show him having 300 range on R and his old W Null Zone, Irelia doing less damage to shield is such unsignificant change in how she plays that you want a retake? What?

She isn't the first champ that majorly changed since release and she won't be the last.

They need to update alot of spotlights. Like look at poor Lulu . Riot removed her ability to jungle long ago but it's still in there, taunting me.

HA! Good luck with that. The Champion spotlights for the season 1 champs still havent been updated unless they got FVGU. Not just their kits are very different, they still reccomend to build tons of items that arent in the game anymore, runes and masteries when we dont even have runes anymore lol even how they should be played on dominion. Been saying for years that all the old Champ spotlights need updates.

Read the most recent roadmap on Akali, they’ve actually decided to get rid of the true stealth.

And tbh a LOT of spotlights are severely outdated, not just Irelia’s.
