New Morgana Nerfs Incoming.

Here's what hit the PBE for Morgana:

Black Shield (E) 
    Shield strength lowered from 70/140/210/280/350 to 60/120/180/240/300
    Cooldown increased from 23/21/19/17/15 to 26/24/22/20/18.

Now, i can understand the nerfs to her shied strength, but please don't increase her cooldown by 3 second at every rank. That's insanity. With 45% cooldown reduction that will be around 9.5/10 seconds with E maxed out first. Please reconsider those 3 second at every rank. I'm fine with her shield strength being lowered but please not 3 second at every rank on her shield.

The shield strength isn't even what makes it strong, it's CC invulnerability for 5 seconds straight. Even if someone pops the shield, it's still usually enough to get your engage/DPS through whatever CC burst was coming at them in the first place.

I'm not saying I want Morgana to be nerfed (personally I don't really care, she seems fine IMO) but if they were going to nerf something surrounding Black Shield it should be the cooldown or duration.
