Is Diana's Ult, teleport or dash?

"The tooltip on Diana's ultimate says: Diana dashes to an enemy and deals magic damage. Lunar Rush has no cooldown when used to teleport to a target afflictet with moonlight.

The fact that they are mixing both dash and teleport could be missleading for exactly this reason. And I assume that Diana was picked into Azir with the assumption that her ultimate would work as a teleport.

And at the release of Diana the tooltip accually said that it was a teleport, even Phreak stated so at the champion spotlight."
