With the new Assassin Update can we expect Visual Updates?

I am not really sure how the large scale Updates work such as these but I was wondering if the larger main four champions which are going to be updated most are going to get visual updates as well? After seeing the new Talon I am most excited for him, but looking at his model makes my eyes hurt a little. Especially after that cool art of Rengar and him sitting atop a tree came out, it makes him look so much more sleek and detailed.

Remember I don't really know how these updates work! Please change his model!
