Can we expect a buff for Twitch in the near future?

Twitch was the first champion I ever bought and played to hell and back with. I was wondering if we can expect a buff or rework for Twitch in the future. Whether it be a star boost or a reversion of old nerfs, I'd really like to know?

His true damage is actually strong..

There's a marksman update coming soon. weather he's apart of it im not sure.

But im not sure if people want another Vayne in botlane.. dealing true damage and % health.

Yeah but he right now is not very strong I want to see him be able to compete with Kalista, Vayne, Tristana and others.
