90 minutes to start a game

30 minute queue time for jungle, get into a game and I miss my ban because the game did not pop up like it shoudl have. Waited 6 minutes, got into queue for another 15 minutes. Someone dodged. Got into queue for another 5 minutes, I didn't accept afk check because the game didn't pop up. Another 5 minutes in queue and I didn't accept again because the game didn't pop up. So this time I just stare waiting another 10 minutes and finally I get into queue, and someone dodges. Now I am waiting another 20 minutes for another champion select.

So far over an hour has passed. This is ridiculous.

EDIT; Someone just dodged again, time to wait another 20 minutes...
