Ok, so a full AP Varus will have 700 AP at full build.
With 700 AP, popping 3 stacks of blight will deal 57% the targets maximum health (6x7)+15=57
With the S6 changes to Varus, he applies 3 stacks of blight to everyone who gets snared by his ultimate.

Bârd1 votesHis Q can easily hit multiple targets, and his E can hit two people pretty easily in a tight space, not to mention that when the champions in question are locked down by Varus ult, landing skillshots is a piece of cake.
With 40% cdr, you will be throwing out a Q every 4.8 seconds, and an E every 6 seconds.
