Replacing Lux W

Since prismatic barrier has more or less been nerfed into the ground, I thought perhaps it was time to replace the spell with something more in line with being a Light Mage.

The problem was a buff, quick returning shield made lux too safe and able to win trades with other mages even when she gets close to them right? So, I propose a new spell.

"Radiance" Lux places Radiance on herself or a target champion.

For the next 2 seconds, the first champion to hit lux with a basic attack, takes X damage, and is blinded for 1-1.5 seconds (+.1 Sec per rank)

I believe this spell would be more in line with her propensity to use light magic, as well as allow mages to win trades with her at close range, while still allowing her a defensive spell for use when jumped on or targeted by the adc.

I'll allow number crunchers to deal with numbers if anyone actually likes the idea, but I wanted to float out an alternative that would feel more useful than barrier, while still leaving her open to spells.
