Star guadian skins
Why is the flight animation not movement speed based? Seems silly to have it if its only at the beginning and leaving the platform after 20 min.

I'm pretty sure that it is movement speed based. If I recall correctly, I have at least been able to get Lulu to do it when casting Whimsy on myself. I'm trying to remember if I was able to get Janna to do it or not, but I don't think I have got her movement speed high enough.
I would imagine that Jinx would be pretty easy to get moving fast enough with her passive, and I would really like to see her take off at this point, but I think it would make her animation pretty difficult to control.
Poppy and Lux typically don't have movement speeds that high from their builds, but I'm sure it can be done.
I'll have to try them all out.
