why not nerf riven instead? This champion abuses 2 items to the fucking fullest. It's so fucking stupid for this bitch to have a shield that I scale off total ad plus having a 215 base on a 6 second cooldown. With the broken animation cancels (that are bugs) and she is able to spam a shield pretty damn fast. And to top it all off just ticks from the shielding which makes her a true pain in the ass to fight.
