I just don't see a chance of Riot ever reverting it like how they always do with Lethality items, certain mainly complained champions, etc. No matter how much you spit your opinions at them, they will simply ignore them & just go with it.

Those items were planned to be released for preseason back then. Right now, it's only like Day 1-ish of PBE. We'll just have to see.
