Nerf Ornn Mana costs

The champ already has an absurd amount of damage and his cooldowns are extremely low. He's not supposed to be able to dominate in laning phase and in teamfights. That's overkill. He can run through all his abilities in no time and still have enough to run through them again over and over and over. There is no point in the game where ornn is weak.

His costs are fine. It's his sustain that's going to be a continuing issue until that power gets moved around.

Lower his health regen and mana regen, and make mana/health forging out of the fountain not grant their additional stat as current stat.

From there he can have his raw tankiness increased by way of his base health and health per level, the value of his shield, and/or his base armor and armor per level.

A part of this shift already just happened, lowering the brittle duration but making his shield last longer since he's meant to be a cc-focused tank, not a sustained damage fighter. Having his spells up often is fine, as long as when he's tapped out it means he is tapped out.

Ornn's been gutted into non-existent and is pretty much a troll pick by now. He is back to where he was - the trash release day Ornn.

47% win rate: http://na.op.gg/champion/ornn/statistics/top

Compared to Darius 51% win rate: http://na.op.gg/champion/darius/statistics/top

I'm pretty sure Darius counters Ornn. You're supposed to permaban Darius period. And for the thousandth time, win rates do not symbolize, explain, nor represent whether or not a champion is stronger than another champion. You leave out the fact that Ornn is fairly new and players are more experienced in playing darius so they will make more mistakes on ornn. Sure, Darius has a higher pick rate than Ornn and a higher win rate. I have stated multiple times in other discussions, NERF Darius. He is in his own class of damage. However, ornn has a much more easier time laning than darius. Darius sorta kinda has to win his lane to apply enough pressure in teamfights while ornn doesn't have to. Darius snowballs harder than ornn, but at the same time, darius is easier to counter. If you want to compare, darius does not have AOE CC, he does not have an escape, he does not have a stun, he does not have multiple slows, he does not have a shield, and he does not deal percent health damage. I hate darius with every fiber of my being, but if you feed a darius then you just messed up and if your team cannot handle darius, then they didn't do what they needed to do to be able to stop him.

Moreover, I did not say he has the most or one of the most damage output in the game. I simply said nerf his mana costs. He can build in-lane and make it to where him and all his teammates can buy upgraded items. Objectively and essentially, a team with an ornn on it will do more damage than one that does not. His tankiness is fine, his damage is fine, his in-lane builds are fine, and his item upgrade is fine. His early game sustainability is not. He runs through his q,w,e four times in a short period and he only loses half his mana. That is not okay for the amount of damage he does early game.

PopcornBunni. I can agree with you on those suggestions. I've only played him once or twice a while back when he first and he was alright even back then when people were calling him garbage. With that being said, you might have more knowledge around playing him. I'm coming at this through various games i've played against him. Laning against him is tedious and quite frustrating. Even when I'm winning lane against him. From my point of view, either nerf his mana costs so he uses his abilities more wisely instead of spamming them all the dam time or nerf his sustainablity so he is easier to punish for misusing his abilities.
