Kha , Vi , Lee and Rengar are just way overtuned

Kha and Rengar - Birds of a feather as always . A combination of jungle changes , poor reworks and items with perfect synergy made these 2 monsters. Lee - The king of the jungle. He fits into any comp , and can build whatever the hell he needs . Absurdly high base damage and really nice scaling gives him the edge in so many scenarios. Adding his massive mobility in , and you have one of the most annoying champions that you can face in the jungle. "Ohhh , but they just nerfed his ulti" , well yeah, about time , because no one deserves a 200 nuke (600 at max rank) to the face at level 6 from a point click ability. Vi - My go to jungler. Yes , I love my baby , but she is overpowered. She is a jungle version of Ahri (A Jack of all trades , queen of none , but can do them just enough to be bullshit) . Damage , Tank , Clear the jungle , Gank really well and mobility , she has it all in spades. Riot has been buffing her slowly over the last year , and now , with courage of the colossus , she has gone berserk. Nerfing CoC only will not be enough.
