Can we give Morgana a real AP Ratio on her high hp w?

I could go into a lot of depth about why I feel she needs this, but I'll keep it simple to start: As someone who loves playing mid Morgana, it feels like she isn't rewarded enough for building early April. Additionally, her mid game wave clear is slower than pretty much any other mid mage, as well as more conditional.

I think the amount of damage her does to low hp targets is fine, but if the first tick got an additional chunk damage that didn't scale with missing hp, or if every tick just had a higher AP Ratio at higher hp percentage that didn't scale with the missing hp, I think it would put her in a good spot.

Keep in mind, her w got a mini-rework to help her wave clear keep up in the mid-game, then she saw heavy play as a support and her q and ult base damages saw significant nerfs. Given the history and her current mediocre scaling, I don't think some ratio love would be amiss.
