Yuumi nerfed to nonfucntionality

Yuumi's entire thing was jumping from champ to champ. They have made her jump so easy to interrupt that she no longer functions. 99% of her jumps will be in interrupted and she cannot live or help her team unattached. It's now too dangerous to unattach to use her passive, or to jump from person to person in a fight. She is trapped on whomever she was on when the fight started. Her q is too weak to be worth it and she can no longer move to the champion she is needed on, so her heal is basically worthless. Her ult is barely worth using since she can't position anymore too. She is a completely nonfunctional champion in her current state. Her kit simply does not work as designed with these changes. You have "introduced counter play" by making everything counter her and nothing help her. She is now the worst, most useless champion in the entire lineup.
