Tahm nerf aren't active

Why post them in the pact update when its not even active. And i quote " W - Devour FULL STOMACH No longer gains movement speed when moving away from enemies while devouring an allied champion" yet i played against a Tahm and tested myself in custom you still get the movespeed when using w on an ally. Please false info ruins the game for everyone
