Catch up exp for other lanes

because JG gets his creeps, plus enemy creeps if he counter jg's plus any laner creeps after a gank (if theyre feeling generous). but who says others cant catch up on exp?

Seeing that a mid laner will level up faster than a jungler anyway. If you lost a game its because you lost. Catch up exp, for their ONE man in yhe jungle was not the sole reason you lost your game.

Because if your tower goes down first, you're likely already behind and coincidentally lose partial control of that side of the jungle, making it harder to catch back up.

Isn't there some form of catchup exp from minions? It just only comes online in more extreme cases I think so it's not as powerful

I think they made jungle catchup exp like this as an easy bandaid between slow and fast clear champs and inexperienced and highly experienced junglers. Not that I love it but I think that's why it exists to keep the experience consistent (in this case I meant gameplay experience lol)
