How Should I Ward As A Jungler?

I usually start yellow ward, get a control ward on the map, then get farsight alteration when i hit 9. Not gonna lie, i usually just drop those things everywhere. The vision is incredibly useful and i've had a handful of situations even with the limited amount of time i've been playing league that i've saved a teammate by warding a bush near a lane to warn of a gank. Should i be swapping trinkets mid game a lot? Where should i put my control ward? If yellow wards only last for like 60 seconds then were do i put them for the most impact? Where should i put blue wards , yellow wards, and control wards specifically?

Personally I think it's situational, but if you're finding that your current placement is handy and impactful then follow your best judgement.

However, I use my control wards on Dragon or void in the early game so that I can make sure no one can see me and lessen my chance of being interrupted.

Also I try to grab scuttle for river vision as often as possible. Then I just try to think of what direction I would go if I was going to gank a lane and try to put vision there. I find it's fine to stick with yellow ward as situations in game tend to change just as quick, but keep picking up controls until I have full build. Also sweeping lens if necessary (teemo, twitch, evelyn, aklai, etc...)

That's where the learning comes in as there is no easy answer to that question. The location of the correct place to put a ward is going to vary, depending on your position, time, enemy locations, what you or your team are going to be doing, and who knows how many others. Like so many things in league, the answer is, unhelpfully, it depends. However, you're using those wards so you are already well in the right direction compared to others. To try and say something helpful, you can consider swapping to the sweepers as well to deny vision, though I don't know how many enemies will be using their wards effectively.

P.s. Ward timers actually do scale with levels; i don't know if you learned that yet.

Honestly consider buying sweeper. Your support will appreciate the extra ward clearing help. 2 sweepers per team is vastly useful.

Blue is typically more taken on bot or mid.

Ward placement is most useful in well traveled areas. Deep warding (deep into enemy territory) in general is very useful, but has to be done carefully for your safety.

So would it be useful to use sweepers to gank? Let's say the enemy warded river, if i activated sweeping lens then would he know i was coming or would the ward just not show me? Also if i were to deep ward then what ward would i use? A control ward cost me vision on key objectives but a blue means i have less ganks.

Sweepers are great for ganks. If you get the upgrade to sweeper it will disable wards. Sweeper is also helpful at locating enemy traps (Shaco boxes, Teemo shrooms, etc) as well as invisible enemies.

You would want to use yellow trinket for deep warding and control ward in a place you think won't be noticed for enough time to make it worth the expense of the ward.

Another option is:

It is basically a jungler's sightstone, but it does limit what you can do with your jungler item. If you prioritize vision it's definitely a helpful tool though.
