Exactly why should they care? Balance team is all about balance like their name says. If they see that a champ is balanced they won't nerf him because people don't like this champ

You know the zed nerfs was because zeds frustration factor was extremely high... If you saw the posts by the reds, they specifically said it was a frustration nerf.

Yasuo is obviously extremely frustrating for a majority of players so... Nerf the fucker.
