Replace Twisted Treeline with a new Game-mode.
I could be wrong, but twisted treeline isn't very successful.
It should be replaced with a game-mode that has 3 separate lanes and no jungler.

Considering all of the non-SR maps have had notably different gameplay while still being relatively "unsuccessful" compared to SR, assuming their lack of popularity has to do with gameplay is an odd choice. A much more reasonable cause might be Riot's consistent neglect of non-SR modes. For instance, lack of ranked queues, lack of balance changes, lack of advertisement (e.g. "See you on the Rift," pro scenes), and lack of features (e.g. Champion Mastery, Mission inclusion) all make non-SR modes less appealing to play or learn. As such, rather than haphazardly changing gameplay, addressing these out-of-game issues would probably be more fruitful.
