Leaving a game when 3 of your teamates are toxic.

I haven't done this because i would probably be banned for it, but it should be doable.

I only play this game to have fun, knowing that the majority of my team are arrogant man children that are openly hostile and have no concept of manners or sportsmanship makes it kind of hard to want to play.

I should be able to leave the game and not waste 20 minutes. Yes I could mute them, but that wouldn't change that they are on my team and I need to play with them. Report them? sure but it won't make me feel better about wasting 20 minutes of my life.

I'd rather be done with it. Forcing me to play or threatening to ban me isn't helping anybody.

The mute option is there, whether you like it or not. So is the report option after the game. The fact you don't used these tools to your aide shows that your just as bad as the toxic players that flamed you.

Leaving doesn't help the situation, in fact giving up is reportable now.

How would a fair system be implemented to allow this? That a teammate is "Trolling" is usually a subjective evaluation of a player mid-game. I've never trolled a game of League, but I've been accused of trolling/inting several times for simple poor plays, bad luck, miscommunication, lag, etc. How does Riot prevent somebody from being allowed and encouraged to rage-quit just because they're not satisfied with how somebody like me is doing?

I think leaving the game should be something elevates in severity more often you do it and declines when you consistently play games without afking. I had my first game ever where I decided to afk last month due to the toxicity in my game. It went far beyond simply "Mute and report", as there are many ways to grief in game without ever typing in chat. It's unfair to expect a player to continue working for a win with a team that has more than expressed their hatred of him/her.

Another thing, tired of people advising to just "Mute and report". Reports have become nothing more than a tool of retaliation, and does nothing to actually solve the problem. Considering the amount of acknowledgement Riot has given to Leagues toxic community (Numerous in game memos to "keep cool", ads on youtube where players break desk instead of flaming in chat) and how toxic league has felt this past season I wonder if all these attempts at controlling players behavior isn't backfiring.

On an alt account, I had to troll/int feed like 15-20 games before I finally got a punishment. I wouldnt recommend doing it at all on your main account though. You probably put a ton of work and maybe even cash money to get champs and skins, your rank, etc... It's really not worth vindication on random toothless 17 year olds hs drop outs in flex q.

I mean you really have to just get through the game. Report them afterwards, take a walk, and come back to that sweet, sweet screen.

Yes quit the game. The whole point of playing this game is to literally waste time. If you aren't enjoying the way that you are wasting your time, do something else. There's thousands of things to do to waste time.
