Riot why are you nerfing AP Xin?

The nerf to his W's ap ratio that is currently on the pbe will completely gut the ap Xin build, and I can't for the life of me understand why you are doing this. The ap Build is very fun but not so dominant that it needs to be beefed.

If you are only trying to nerf ad Xin then hit the base heal which would hurt him, but still allow ap Xin to continue existing. All the current change will do is nullify ap Xin's existence while doing nothing to the power of ad Xin who gets so little ap usually that a nerf to the base heal is the only thing that would effect him.

Edit: Why the downvote? I am complaining about them gutting an off-build, do you want your favorite champion's off build being gutted?

Early on, Riot made League champions with the idea of "hehe you can build ADC and melee champs as both AD and AP wow" but they're not following that philosophy anymore. There's a reason why all of the champions released for around the last two years have only one static build. Most recent thing that supports this statement is that they nerfed Rek'Sai's burrowed Q AP ratio.

AP Xin is a trash build anyway lol. Anybody can one shot him and he does no damage.

its completely uncalled for. but maybe they are changing another factor that would have made the sustain too good.

side note, new jung item is great with apxin

Look what happens every time an off-build starts to get popular.

AP Yi? Destroyed. AP Trist? Destroyed. AP Kog? Got destroyed once, will probably get destroyed again when the new Crystal Scepter goes live.
