The ultimate buff Riot could use to make any champion broken is to turn them into death timers in the current patch.
I died for the first time at 7:09 minutes. My tower then died at 7:52 minutes. It had no damage prior to that death. W T F

towers should do more damage that is also blocked more by armor than the normal ratio
Well to be fair, if you're a tower you can't move anywhere, so teamfighting and split pushing would be impossible. You'd literally need every fight to be brought to you and you'd never be able to reach the nexus.
