Does riot rig the promo games so that you get stuck with really bad players? All my games through bronze 1 (yes i know im in bronze i dont deserve to live or have a right to any opinion) i have done pretty decent. Then the moment i hit my promos to get back into silver i get stuck with a player who holds the game hostage in champ select, so i give them my jungle role to go support, then they pick a troll jungle and dont even build jungle item.

Its not like i have only just noticed this. Last season i was silver 3 trying to get to silver 2 and i failed 6 of my promos in a row because there was a flamer or a afk player.

2nd promo, my teams riven banned my champion, harassed all game then afked, bot lane fed going 5/14 and 1/10

Yes. When you check lol nexus while you are in a series you will always be on the side with lower MMR and / or way less experienced people with less games. Or they will gave you an unranked player to mess you up. You can only hope that unranked player is actually a smurf or high skilled.

I've seen it in all my promos and i've seen it when we are rofl stomping another team and their team likely will have a person in series. You can be doing good all the way up to promos, then lose that, get a "free" promo series win and start winning again, then get into promos and unable to win a single game to move on to the next tier.

I just went through this three times in the last week or so, just now lost the third attempt.

I just hardly made it to silver, each game was a struggle with flaming. At this point im just hoping i can get back to s3. I was in s3 before they set me back all the way to b4
