frustrating communication issues

Okay, recently I had a game where literally everyone was trying to shot call. top and adc were voting for split pushing while our jg and mid fought to decide drag or baron. Because there wasn't anyone taking the shot calls it was super confusing and lost the game of it. Hopefully soon there will be a way to help with this problem. like voice chat or a shot caller chat role.

The engager is the one who does the shotcalling. I have singlehandedly won games from my shotcalling/engages and have singehandedly lost games from my engages. You dont need a designated "shotcaller" role. If youre playing a champion that STARTS team fights, people listen to you naturally. (in a solo queue environment)
