ANNIE BUFFED RANGE!?!?
So today Annie buff's were anounced. Meddler talked about how they may add some range back to the old burst queen (curse you Zoe!!!). While I am excited for that, I was wondering if you could help an alternate play style like how Shyvanna, Zac and Sejuani have AP builds.
So Buff Tibbers. Not his summoning mind you. That does a TON of damage as is. I'm talking about offering alternative ratios that when used can change Annie from Burst Queen to Pet Master. Now, before anyone freaks out, I don't think she should be balanced around this build, just have it offered like Shyvanna. Her range increased buff should deffinitly go through, and this play style should not become her dominant one.
One way of doing this would be % Bonus Health Ratios for Tibbers health and damage. So instead of building things like magic pen and raw AP, Annie could build things like Rylize and Liandries. Another option could be lLarge AD ratios for Tibbers, to make sure there were no overlaps. The final idea would be to find a very alternative ratio to Annies E to extend how long it is for Tibbers.
Well, Don't know if work would be willing to get put in on this, but it seems like it could be a really fun playstyle since there's really not a character in league right now who can build for their pet.
