Suggestion: Make Kennen's Electrical surge marker look like Annie's Pyromania passive

In the laning phase, knowing when Kennen has his 5th auto attack ready is critical in being able to lane effectively against him. Currently, there is a small particle effect to let you know when it is ready that is hard to spot and may show up too late to avoid it. Annie's recently had a visual change to make it easier to know when her stun will be ready. I suggest that Kennen get a similar change to make it easier to know when that ability is ready to be used. It would make the laning phase far less frustrating and allow more counterplay.

though I do agree that a change to how the affect shows up, I don't think it should be like Pyromania. they could make his whole body build up a arcing charge that looks cool, but the pyromania/Jhin reload bar would look clunky, like it does on them.
