While laning against Fiora, I noticed that she was able to Riposte after the second hit of Zac's Q. She would get knocked towards me while riposting, and I would get stunned if hit by it despite the CC going through.
It's because she parried the 2nd part and not the first, similar to naut hook. I'm assuming Zac and naut Q's are not constant cc's, and more of roots that displace you then a stun.
I don't know Zac's "now kiss" distance so I am not sure with this, but it seems that she did indeed block it, as she somehow was allowed to cast her Riposte during being made to kiss the minion, interrupting it and thus stunning you.
So in case I didn't just misjudge how far the now kiss move takes you it's generally problem with her being able to Riposte while being dragged (maybe because it moves you but isn't actual official CC smh?), otherwise it's bug with her being able to stun even when not blocking like you said.
