I missed when Heal was never nerfed

If Riot chose to never touch Heal at all, we wouldn't have Bot laners taking TP as an alternative. And then it's thanks to that, TP got nerfed, which is more of a "go fk urself, top lane" even though we did absolutely nothing wrong. Now, Riot thinks reverting back the Heal nerf will make things go back to normal, but nah, the damage has been done.

• Bot laners still takes TP, who knows in the future could start ruining the Summoner Spell even more.
• Top laner gets kicked in the balls nonetheless. All they can do is watch from the sidelines hoping the bot laners would stop ruining shit for once.

Worst thing of all...?

I sincerely hope the Gameplay team would get their shit together for once. At least, morever hoping it happens after Worlds.
