It's pretty effective. If the yasuo goes mid he can roam bot a lot. It is also good with allistar with his knock up, galio with his ult, braum and his ult, and probably a lot of other champs that I can't think of off the top of my head.

It's better to bind it to jungler since he should come to your lane every now and then, especially since Yasuo doesn't have on demand tools like Talon, Akali or Zed to instantly teleport and combo the bot lane and probably kill them, i mean you can waste 2 ults but not worth it IMO.

He can still ult to Kalista ult late game while you send your tanky Lee to initiate and Insec their ADC.
