Possible Renekton change?
How about allowing him to use his second E regardless of whether he hit one with the first dash IF he uses the Fury one. So in order to escape he'd have to sacrifice 50 fury.

In all seriousness though, too reliable of a large escape. The 'on-hit' requirement is to take away from his mobility while he is not chasing.
