Hello guys, I am Nightcore. I recently had a game where we lost and I was a Vayne, and I went 5/11 and lost despite doing everything i could to actually win. I even 2v1'd a tank Malphite and Amumu and won, even though there was no point in the game where i was ahead. In fact, I was 0/0/1 17 minutes in! But before the game began, we had the worst team comp. RivenKindredFizzVayneLux. I don't get that. No tanks, and so at the beginning i asked Fizz if he could build tank. He said "Sure after my first item." NOPE. Straight up built Nashors then Lich Bane and a Rabadons. I hate this. We even said "Hey we could use a tank jungler!" and he literally said "OK" and went kinded. This forced the RIVEN of all people - RIVEN - to build tank, and the game escalated from there. Lux ends up buiding Frost Queens (Which is fine) BUT THEN. She builds item 3165 and NO SIGHTSTONE. THE ENTIRE GAME. After I got a little salty she muted everyone and said she wasn't a support anymore and "she's gonna carry". Along with the fact that she took my cs, or at least made it so neither of us got it, never helped the team, and no matter how many times I BEGGED HER and the team to get pink wards, they didn't. THEY HAD A FED TWITCH COME ON! They all focused different people then flamed everyone else and it just got worse as the game goes on. For being behind, I had OK cs, and since i was focused, an OK build: Vayneitem 3153item 3085item 3053item 1038item 1018item 1300 And sweepers lens. I bought pink wards nearly everytime i went back or died when I had enough room. Please tell me: what could I have done? P.S: IM GOOD AT VAYNE. LEVEL 5 MASTERY AND WAS ABLE TO 1V1 TWITCH WHEN HE WAS FED. This is why i stopped maining support. In solo queue I can not trust supports to actually do good EVER. I seriously Used to main ADC but that's what stopped me. What do I do? AND PLEASE GIVE CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK NOT SOME "OH GIT GUD M8" BULLSHIT. every time...

So uh, a few games of bad supports and all of a sudden all supports are bad?

It's like the counterpart of support "mains" bitching and whining about bad ADCs all over again.

Totally not my fault, I mean how can it be MY fault when I have done everything there is to do in the game and still lose??!! Ughh!!! I deserve challenger but teammates keep me in Bronze."

This mentality is what keeps you in Bronze.

Yeah your team comp was shit. Your best hope was to win lane and tell your team to splitpush. You shouldn't have grouped at all. Btw Vayne never builds tank items. You always wanna go full damage then dodge the amumu grab or qss his ult. Flash the malphite ult too.

Had to go find the game to see what was actually going on. Yeah she should've built Sightstone, but there is plenty to look at in your own stats here. Your damage dealt to champions and kill participation are both really low. Usually I would guess you were splitting or farming out waves but your cs is also very low for the game length. You placed a good amount of wards, nothing to really pick at there.

If a support is playing that way and won't build the sightstone after asking them NICELY, then you play around it. You can't control your teammates, you can only try to make a suggestion then work with what you have. Getting mad at them won't change their mind, it will just make them not care. I would have tried to farm up during that game, there had to be plenty to farm because nobody on your team had any real amount of cs.

Why did you go Runaan's on Vayne? I'm just curious, I've never seen it and would guess the other Zeal items are always better. Unless it's changed, only her main target is getting the silver bolt so it's kind of a waste. PD is excellent on Vayne over it, especially for dueling.

A good support can make or break a lane, as much as an ADC, I will give you that. Unfortunately league is a team game, so you have to rely on others. Seeing as you think a some champs can't be played in bronze, I will be the first to tell you that I am very bronze. I have also supported randoms very effectively with a lot of champs that you would not fit. Lux, for example, you said "sucks" and will "never be a support." I wasn't aware that tons of poke, godly zoning, and both offensive and defensive spells makes a character bad. Also, you are a "bronze idiot" just like the supports you seem to hate. You have been for 3 seasons. Chill it, because you play well, I have played with you and can see that first hand but judging by having seen you play and your match history, I can tell that you don't teamplay as much as you need to. You are not faultless, and everyone has bad games, keep that in mind.
