[Champion Concept] Xehara, The Necromancer

Xehara is an ap-caster that focuses on slowing you to a stop before finishing you off. he has skills that focus on bringing things back from the dead. similar to yorick but not quite. also they dont have a necromancer idk why

Passive: Any spells that hit a target champion have their cooldowns reduced by two seconds. If triggered to often, gets put on cooldown for 30 seconds. additionally, against minions and monsters he gains 115 increased range on basic attacks.

Q: Bone Spear Mana: 115/120/125/130/135 Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 Range: 825 Throws a spear, dealing 80/85/90/95/100 + (45% AP) damage, marking them for two seconds. If the champion that got hit by Bone spear is dealt 200+ damage within that two seconds, then For the next 15 seconds, the next bone spear will critically strike, but also cost double the mana.

W: Summon Skeleton Mana: 80 Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 range: 255 Xehara summons a skeleton with these stats: AD: 25 + (1 AD for every 20 AD) AP: 0 AS: 1.25 AR: 20/22.5/25/27.5/30 MR 20/22.5/25/27.5/30 MS: 300 HEALTH: 220/330/440/550/660 MANA: 100 Duration: 50 seconds or until death. When it dissapears the cooldown starts. if it dies you can pick back up its head to reduce it's cooldown by 3 seconds. Additionally, you can use the skull to either summon a skeleton or when its on cooldown throw it as a basic attack that critically strikes. Maximum skeltetons active at once: 1

E: Blood Clots Mana: 35 Cooldown: 8 Range: 550 Xehara shoots out a circle of blood at a target area, 200 range as its diameter. Any enemy who steps on it is slowed by 35% for 1 second. The blood deals 20/30/40/50/60 + ( 10% AP) damage per second. Additionally, if Xehara steps on that puddle, he gains 20% attack speed for 3 seconds.

R:Blood Rain: Mana: 100 Cooldown: 135 Range: 500 around caster Xehara calls out to the sky, and blood rains from the sky around Xehara, Increasing your movement speed by 25, slowing them by 10%, and damaging them for 10/20/30/40/50 + (5% AP) damage per second for 5 seconds. when it ends, it leaves a 500 diameter blood clot for 5 seconds in the spot the R ended.

You've posted in the wrong board. This champion concept goes on the board "Skin & Champion Concepts", not "Community Creations".

I'd edit the post, copying everything in it if I were you.

Something about this concept, how does the passive proc on minions? Does it locate the minions and then increase the range? If so then it would be able to hit champs, so how would you stop it from targeting only minions? I think the passive is really confusing...
