Whenever I report, I always thought "But how do I know any justice happens to the summoner?" That's the problem. We don't. I suggest that if you report someone, 1 week from that day or less a thing should pop up saying "The previous report you did torwards (their summoner name) (the champ they played in the game reported in) has/hasnt gotten banned. I mean, why not? otherwise i feel reporting is useless.

This game is getting worse and worse now community wise. Report use to work when tribunal just came out, people used to be scared getting report.... but not anymore you used to get people who " i don't care about the ban, i don't care, report me, im gonna troll " once in awhile, but now im getting it more then 50% of the game. they simply just troll and they are proud of it because all they get is chat ban for X amount of game. And most importantly because of the really poor report system i turned into a casual LoL player. but im still getting 50% of the game that trolls and are proud of it ( i didn't count those poeple who troll and doesn't admit it ) honestly Riot, i respect you guys that made such a successful game, but if things keep getting worse this is gonna be like WoW. Please, i don't want to see this game turn into that

You just said it yourself, unless you go out of your way to get into another game with them that person is gone from your life, and they will almost never show up again.
So why would you care about someone who is never going to be in your life again?

Even then regardless of your intentions going out of your normal way to report him could be considered malicious Even though you are trying to help others it is not your job too, leave it to the proper authorities to deal with him (in this case Riot).
