Whenever I report, I always thought "But how do I know any justice happens to the summoner?" That's the problem. We don't. I suggest that if you report someone, 1 week from that day or less a thing should pop up saying "The previous report you did torwards (their summoner name) (the champ they played in the game reported in) has/hasnt gotten banned. I mean, why not? otherwise i feel reporting is useless.
As much as i respect riot, they need to earn money, they won't be able to punish every single kid that excessively broke the rules. This game is getting worse and worse now community wise. Report use to work when tribunal just came out, people used to be scared getting report.... but not anymore you used to get people who " i don't care about the ban, i don't care, report me, im gonna troll " once in awhile, but now im getting it more then 50% of the game. they simply just troll and they are proud of it because all they get is chat ban for X amount of game. And most importantly because of the really poor report system i turned into a casual LoL player. but im still getting 50% of the game that trolls and are proud of it ( i didn't count those poeple who troll and doesn't admit it ) honestly Riot, i respect you guys that made such a successful game, but if things keep getting worse this is gonna be like WoW. Please, i don't want to see this game turn into that

Yeah, no. The saying goes, "report and move on" for dealing with toxic people.
Im kind of tired of getting some nasty toxic troll in the game, reporting them, only to be in the very next game lobby with that same person..

But the Tribunal has been "down for maintenance" since the dawn of time. How can it be possible that reporting works at all?
