You know how you don't have to constantly pick your skin for each champion in champ select

Once you pick it once, it's set unless you change it to another skin. Like if I play Sweetheart Annie one game, the next game I wanna play Annie, it's automatically set to Sweetheart Annie in champ select. Right?

Can the same be done with runes and masteries because I'm really tired of going into games where I have to play some shit like windspeaker's AP draven or warlord's AD vel koz
